It is a precision disc Cutting Machine with max. pressure of 600kN. This tool is manually operated and is designed for cutting round discs from thin metal sheet/foil < 0.3 mm (such as Cu and Al) or separator film (<30um). The resulting discs can be used as electrode/separator discs of split test cell and coin cell for battery researches.

Main feature:
This tool is suitable for 0.01-0.5mm thickness of different battery material punching .
It can be used in glove box. Corrosion-resistant material been used for this tool ,no rusting .

Operation:
1. Put the material on the lower die ,shake the handle ,the material will be cut ,take out the small box in the bottom.
2. For cutting seperator films, it is necessary to use transparent file covers to sandwitch the film prior to cutting. This setup will stiffen up the film for ensuring smooth cuts on the edges of the disc.
3. When the tool been used in glove box ,the handle can be disassembled.

Notes:
Clean it with ethanol is necessary after using .
Regularly inspection is necessary to avoid accident during operation
